The quality and craftsmanship is great but be forewarned the communication with the vendor stinks. I tried and tried to get an eta to see if I would receive before Christmas. I got a notice that a mailing label had been created and was hopeful, but it was just created never sent for about 3 weeks. Once Christmas came and went and I sent a few more emails still with no response I was getting nervous and thinking I needed to call my credit card. Just before that, the package shipped and I received everything. I just wish I knew the timeline. Especially since it was a a Christmas present order 12/12 received 1/6. All said, beautiful craftsmanship and my daughter love the jewelry.
