Shipping policies/returns

PAYMENT:

  • I accept Paypal, and all major credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Feel free to contact me if you have difficulties checking out or have a problem with payments.
  • I reserve a right to refund and cancel any order for whatever reason.
  • Can't decide what to order for a gift ? Consider a gift card!
  • PLEASE NOTE MY PROCESSING TIME is usually 2 weeks and up to 3 weeks during the busy holiday times! Consider shipping time needed to reach you if ordering for a specific date.

SHIPPING:

  • Please, double-check your shipping address before placing an order and let me know asap if you'd like to change it.
  • All orders will receive a shipping confirmation via customer provided email and will be issued a tracking number.
  • International delivery may take longer during the holiday period and unfortunately I won't be able to speed up delays. I appreciate your understanding and patience. But please contact me if you're experiencing unusually long delays or suspect the package got lost.
  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please keep in mind all possible extra customs fees and duties that your government collects on import. It is ALWAYS the responsibility of the importer to pay any applicable tariffs and associated fees, and their responsibility to know that.

PACKAGING:

  • All my items will come securely packaged in a bubble mailer or a sturdy shipping box. Earrings, small necklaces and rings will come in the gift-ready jewelry box. Large pendants are usually packed in a microfiber bag. Order receipts don't contain pricing.
  • If your order is being shipped directly to the recipient as a gift, you're welcome to include a gift message during checkout.

RETURNS:

  • Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Please, choose your items thoughtfully. Take note on the dimensions and all information before purchase. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
  • Although I'm trying to provide you with the highest quality photos to show all the details, I'll be happy to give you some additional ones showing any exact part you have doubts about.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I offer FREE easy returns or exchanges for US customers!

You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
  • Please note the following exceptions to the return/exchange policy:
  • Due to the high shipping cost I don't offer free returns to the international customers outside of US. Return shipping fee will be subtracted from your order total. No restocking fees will be applied.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All custom made orders cannot be return or exchanged.
Returned items must be received back within 30 days of delivery date and be in the original condition and packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
  1. Contact us with your email address and order number with a request to return or exchange.
  2. Print the prepaid shipping label that will be provided to you by email.
  3. Securely tape it to the mailer/box.
  4. Drop off package at the USPS mail collection bin.
You're all set!
It takes about 7-10 business days to receive a refund on your original form of payment.
Please note, a customer also WILL NOT be refunded a shipping fee for their original order. If your order was placed with "Free shipping guarantee" shipping fee will be subtracted from your final refund.

PLEASE NOTE I DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ALL ON SALE ITEMS AS WELL AS CUSTOM ITEMS.

Forced returns will not be refunded.
