Handcrafted ring combines 925 sterling band with clear AAA+ quality green Peridot.
Called “the extreme gem” by the Gemological Institute of America, Peridot is born of fire and brought to light, one of only two gems (Diamond is the other) formed not in the Earth’s crust, but in molten rock of the upper mantle and brought to the surface by the tremendous forces of earthquakes and volcanoes.
Peridot has also been found (in its basic form called olivine) in meteorites, on Mars and the moon.
Associated with the warmth of sun, it is a crystal of warmth and well-being, mentally stimulating and physically regenerating.
Glossy raw unpolished gem.
Each stone is irregular and will slightly vary in shape and color.
Top part of the ring contains combination of tin, copper, and silver.
Lead, nickel free, hypoallergenic.
